Regiment disbanding doesn't mean that people just suddenly all dissapear into dark corners, the community still remains around. And the disbands have been for personal reasons, 48th would still be a thing by now if stuff didn't happen.
The amount of times I told my members not to join your shit regiment is a fucking joke, go recruit from those regiments that don't know what kind of shit are they getting themselves into. Might work out better.
Too bad you cut out the time in the post, all of those regiments are from 4 year time.
