It was a perma ban.

Dirk has been unbanned for a few hours.   I will look into this guy a little later when I get a chance.   I'll post more when I look into it.

Well looking at the logs, the guy you posted on was not the guy who got in the way to get your friend's way but it someone else.  The guy you posted on will not be banned for now.  Let me know if he does it again.

Oh ok, cool. I thought it was Acaciaa, the round before that it happened but i wasn't able to get any screenshots. So when he did it the round after I only assumed it was the same guy.
