Leon has the best clinch work in the UFC imo so as long as Lima gameplans that and uses his kicks Lima should edge a decision, they are both really well-rounded though. I think Lima if he comes to the UFC easily has the best leg kicks/muay thai game in Welterweight. Lima's wrestling defense can be pretty questionable though I see him getting held on the ground against any top 10 wrestler much like what Ben Askren did to him/what Rory did in the first fight.

Doo Ho Choi could of been something but he just hasn’t evolved and fixed his defense problems. He runs up with no care in the world, leaves his chin up and gets caught. He’s a great offensive fighter but just falls apart when it comes to defense.
