So farr there is no progress, whats wrong with making a statement like what Hinkel did, and Hinkel is right, it is a boring preview if there is no progress no screenshot, i suggest you use your brain next time you want to post something, and when you say new community, Hinkel have been in this community loong way before you have mate

Jesus.

J-Man,
they are doing a sub-mod, using North and South as a basic.

When there is nothing to show, its really boring and not catching attention at all.
They could have just waited, until they have screenshots and showing new animations, or a video.

But just a single announcement with no content.. is pretty boring to me.
This has nothing to do with not having respect for a new community. With such a preview, the new community lacks of interest and won't catch attention for interested people..

An announcement of a new mod or submod should have an eye catchers, getting the viewer interested and saying "DAMN! I would like to follow this cool thing!".
The way it was done is pure boring and really destroys the announcement character..

Thanks for all the feedback. I know it is boring that we have no development going so far we have started on some of the stuff but it is not in the progress that we want to show. For all of the development team it is the first modding and mapping that any of us have done so it will be slow to start cause we are learning as we do it. so that is my reason for not a lot in the announcement.
