A partazani reg with the tags Ark_Prtz or some thing like that are a medium sized reg in NA and bring around 10-15 to a LB

you can make it serious, give the best shooters the guns, and the best melee'ers the best melee weapons, do it with a standard anti cav square, aand of course, LOOT, loot muskets. I think it would be possible, but indeed, just dont add vodka

Alright, since your serious about this:

Have the officers,
Then have CEOs go the class with the guns or pikes, the class after the oplychenie.
Have the followers form a line/blob behind you. You should be kept as reserve, until totally needed, and take bayonets and muskets. Then you should be able to form lines and fire in volleys.
