A Question Concerning Forum Ranks

Hi, all. Many of you may know me since I've been playing since day one of Napoleonic Wars, but I've just recently gotten to the forums. I have a quick question if anyone could answer it. What are the ranks above people's names and what do they apply to? Thanks.
