Well, if it has to be a serious list,
consistency, competitive impact, opposition faced, and longevity
In my opinion, many players don't deserve their slot here, or don't have the right one.
Why would people like Specimen or Winchansa (who used to be legends for me), be Tier 3 below Haze and LeBrave (or Extazz94, Tier 2 ?), while they haven't really done anything ?
Why would Bessieres (who's always been Top 5 french player) be under Troister, who is placed on top Tier 2 (without real reason from my point of view) ?
I was more scared by some low Tier 3 or Tier 2 in your list, than I've ever been by Herishey (who's in the "Elite Tier").
Where are Jackie and Enriik ?
A list like this one can't be perfect, and that's why I don't like this idea of "ranking" people, as we'll never be able to compare them all.
I also suggest that no regiment should be put after the name, as they don't really need to be mentionned and don't represent anything, as we talk about players.
