Spoiler
It's a fact that the free market harms farmers far more than any meaningful regulation could. Just not the millionaire ones.
Not the topic of conversation or the line of thinking. That's like, instead of throwing to home, you're throwing the ball straight up in the air.

It's basic knowledge that farms suffered as a result of the Really free market system in the US leading up to and during the Great Depression.

>Plant more crops

>Too many crops

>Prices drop
>Sell all, Sell all, Sell all

To be perfectly honest, I have no idea. When I'm hungry, I load up on a lot of protein and usually end up consuming only 3 meals a day. For snacks, I eat a variety of nuts.

I eat almonds, peanuts, steaks, hamburger steaks, grilled chicken, lightly breaded chicken, sausage, bacon, eggs, cheese, and basically anything else you can think of that has protein in it.

For the hamburger steaks and breaded chicken, I don't eat the buns and make sure I count carbs.

Ah thats whats going you are doing low carb. I want to do that too but I run a lot so I need the energy carbs give me. Idk how much I should eat daily to still be considered "low carb" but still have energy to perform.

I would, but Wiener schnitzel is the sole reason I can't.
