Both Denied for the same reason. Both have either both reformed or been made which usually results in a disbandment sometime in the near future.

The NR37 has been accepted. It appears that the the public opinion has changed recently compared to when they asked under Babyj's watch.

The 8e has been removed because after a few attempts to see if they were still playing, they didn't respond.
