So the timer change was . . . interesting. The two goals of it were to increase the number of rounds and to avoid all charges. We got five rounds in despite starting five minutes late, which wasn't bad. I did still end up calling several all charges, which is not ideal. It did seem to me that everyone could play the bulk of the round in seven or eight minutes, but chose to wait until there were six minutes left in the round to start it.

I'm inclined to leave it for next week, but I am open to feedback.
