ADAM - Unity In-Engine Short Films
« on: October 18, 2017, 06:20:27 am »
Most of you will remember last years E3 where they showed off the latest builds of the Unity Engine, including a short 6 minute film called ADAM. A robot among many others that has had a human convicts mind placed inside and memories wiped.

Episode 2 was released earlier this month and I have to say, Unity Engine looks absolutely fucking amazing. Both Ep.1 and Ep.2 are below.

I highly reccommend more from Oats Studio. They do fantastic in engine movies that are very interesting and you won't waste your time watching them: http://store.steampowered.com/app/633030/Oats_Studios__Volume_1/ - They also do Live Action short files that aren't a waste of time.

Realtime movies are fucking stupid, and they clearly do not show what the engine is capable to do in an actual gaming enviroment.

oh I agree with you, however that's not the purpose of the films?

It's there to show what the engine itself is capable of, not just gaming?

The first "episode" was made by unity to showcase unity 5, long before this studio decided to make more out of it.
