Content Update Skins not working

I recently got a new computer and after copying over my M&B files with Steam, i noticed that any textures from after the latest content patch (e.g 2nd Russian Lancer, French Officer Pants) where displayed as chrome or bright white. I've tried verifying the cache integrity, redownloading NW and even redownloading Warband, but the problem persists. Ive also found the out of map tree textures being chrome.













Any help would be appreciated.
