  You really don't understand an idea of nations cup xD
  I think that: Denmark, Sweden, Ukraine and above all Russia are able to create own teams.
  Btw: Cazasar or Rommel should just talk about current situation with 17thJR and Preobraz leaders, as both of this regiments are able to play GF matches with more than 10 players per side. Even without some players who already wrote, they're not going to take  part in this tournament, Russia can without ANY problem find another 10 active players.
   Thing with nordic coalition: Denmark can use DDA players, Sweden already has a very good team, the problem is Norway. I'd suggest so, to firstly check if they can't play with some Faroe/ Iceland players in one team - coalition. Why I suggest that? I don't see any reason why, active Denmark players can't represent own country just because of NOR problems.

  1. This name - it's a very poor trolling.
  2. I feel, that the explanation is redundant.
  3. If you are serious, with this name I can explain you what it's foolish.

Some coalitions will be allowed such as the Balkan team, others maybe allowed if a nation cannot get the numbers for a team

   The thing is : why if both countries are able to create own teams, you want to play as a coalition. To increase chances.
   And this is our current problem, some organisers will allow you to form a coalition tournament to make tournament more interesting and tense, and some won't to make it real nations cup. 
   Aaaaaaand this coalition might be harsh for players from western Ukraine.  Am I right?

How about not allowing coalitions?

That would make tournament more interesting.
 Coalitions should be allowed only between really small countries, with no chances to create own team on their own. Like Luxemburg. I'm sure that both Ukraine and Russia can form a teams. Another thing is that together they're very strong, but when we separate them both teams have no real chances to win against UK/NL/FRA/GER - when their coalition I think can do it.   
  Anyway all of you, should remember that it's tournament of nations, not teams created to win this. So logic "We've 4 good players, if we merge with another country we can win this. Okey, SWE-POL sounds great".
 And btw 2 years ago that would be easier to accept UKR-RUS coalition I must say xDDDD

Ofc It can works with a BLR players. Therefore your one guy from Latvia will just play for Sweden. Guess he already should start to learn important words like "bork" "volvo" "Allah Akbar" which are surely the most popular ones there.   

Then everyone will be unhappy, and we can together complain. As in Poland we love to complain about everything and everyone, everytime! This system is totally unfair, and without any sense - that's why I'm very sure that we can use it.

PS.
If you want to play as a CCCP, so I demand also West/ East Francia teams!

13. Each match consists of 20 rounds. All 20 rounds will be played at all times. In case of a 10-all draw in a knock-out stage match an additional round will be played to decide the winner.

     Well, I think that it's not the best solution. One, deciding round, when match is so tense, can distort the result, in my opinion. I think that it could be better, if like in some sports, 2 points difference, would decide about winner. Eg. A 10: 10 B, then team A win 2 rounds and it's 12:10, so A wins. But it can still be 19:17 or 103:101 ^^ Anyway better team, will definitely win this, when one deciding round can be matter of luck more than skill :s
