Well they never claimed the name and also I think they disbanded


EDIT: they merged and again I based my choice on the claimed regiment names and they weren't on it so

They had a reg merge into them also the official regiment isn't as important they have a claim as long as they have a thread.Plus I know their leader.

I know what my course of action is. I am keeping the name.

1. You never reserved the name on the forum and if you DID I would have known and not picked the name and you don't have the rights of the name on the forum.

2. You have the rights to the Regiment you merged with. You didn't put the brigade under the brigade tab in the forum so its fair game.

1 continued. They have the Regiment list for a REASON so people don't copy others regiments. Again you never did this and therefore do not have the rights to the name. You USED to. Until you merged.

EDIT: USED to, doesn't mean you actually did have the rights. as I just said in 1 and 2.
