We really kind of forgot to put a rule for that into it. As the Rules do state the Refs decision is final and so the ref was meant to make a decision. I understand that loosing in that kind of situation can be frustrating, but as long as the Refs decision provided even chances for both teams to win (which a golden round does, both can win, both can loose), thats fair. If there was some kind of serious incident in that last round or any other round where a refs wrong decision lead to a team loosing that was unfair, the regarding captain may open a formal complaint. For now the result will stand as given by the Ref.

If it would be a gf match, then it would be fair. In LBs - side/spawn matters.

Well playing 1 round in 1v1 format isn't really fair, due the map always giving 1 team an advantage. There should be played 2,4 rounds with sideswaps so both team get the same mapadvantage

NA's should definitely be allowed to have our 5 rounds on NA. It's not fair to us just because we are on a different continent. This is a "WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP", not an EU only championship. Literally EU's get better ping on NA servers than NA's do on EU servers

Hey, didn't know you guys make a rule then make it an "optional rule." As Netherlands bitches to get all 10 rounds played on EU against us, for the match in 30 minutes. They are scared to do 5 rounds on NA while we are more than willing to split it while EUs don't.... :thinking:

In relation to matches involving NA the rounds will be split. Half on a NA server and half on an EU server.

Of course we don't have a dedicated NA server so the NA's will need to find one they can use and make sure it's located somewhere EU's don't get entirely shit ping.
