Here to note/hightlight some changes to the ruleset:

-Infantry and Skirmisher regiments may have 1 Engineer in their unit
-Engineers attached to infantry and skirmisher units may not build fortifications
-Rules for the General class are removed, now treated as heavy cav officer
-Artillery guards may choose Artillery units, Infantry or Engineer classes
-Official round time is 12min
