Dallas is what old gens grew up on.  Its what seems the most equal for everyone.  I believe that St.Louis is also pretty good but I dont think west coast players would get nearly as good ping.  But you are right Risk it is very interesting to return to what some consider a part of the old gen meta.

From Oregon. I get a better connection to KC servers than Dallas servers, and a better connection to Dallas servers than Chicago. Don't think I've played on a St. Louis server, but I expect it wouldn't be much different from Chicago. The difference between locations is substantially less than the different between server qualities.
