Name of the person causing trouble:   A_Cat_NamedWiskas101
Nature of their offense: Teamkilling, then lying about intent
Time and date of their offense: December 4th, 7:01 PM EST
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: Some guy was firing on a rock. I went up to him and started swinging near him (from my horse), I wasn't hitting him or interrupting his reloads I was just there being stupid. There were no enemies near by, it was the start of the round.
