Nature of their offense: He TKed me and left. I was arty and didn't provoke him, or even know he was on the server until he tked me.
Time and date of their offense: 2:25 PM, September 20th 2014
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: I'm not sure. I think this guy hates me? I probably did something to piss him off earlier and forgot.
Any proof if you have it, For instance screenshots. (use spoilers!): As you can see, I was shot in the back while reloading, which implies he didn't kill me in self defense.
