I rely on this thread to get my news about Bannerlord, so this is new to me :)
In theory we could do huge player numbers far over 500 players per server...  As such we will surely keep our promise to deliver you the 500 players per server.

We will probably go (far) over it, but that's for later.

Another dev blog is up talking about the siege combat improvements, one notable item in the screenshot is a siege tower next to a ladder and the article claims hat Bannerlord will feature multiple points of entry for sieges this time round:

It's set in Calradia, just like Warband. Read the information on their website.
