If you'd looked, you'll have noticed that Bravescot has already made American Civil War rank insignia icons, a full set for the Union and the officers for the confederacy.

Now, correct me if I'm wrong but as far as my knowledge extends, both sides (for NCO's) used the same chevrons just in different colours. Download paint.net and recolour them yourself.

btw change Sgt to Sjt. Sgt is American, Sjt is UK. Same with Private. Pvt to Pte.

Well, it used to be spelt 'Serjeant' however is now 'Sergeant'. But yeah, to be accurate, you'd spell it 'Serjeant' for the time period.
