Yes and I don't think that punishment is right

Permaban and Tempban are two options for the server when banning an individual. Tempban=the server keeps the player in the banlist for approximately an hour before removing said individual from the ban list. Permaban= The server keeps the player in the banlist until told otherwise.

This server rarely ever actually bans someone  permanently. So yeah, just do an unban request and they'll tell you how long your ban time is

What was happening when you got banned:I thought THeodin was the enemy since I didn't see his flag and he looked like he was charging me. I was busy with something and when I came I saw him charging me and didn't see his flag so I killed him and saw red and was like "Oh Sh*t" and he banned me on the spot. I also played as a sailor one time for fun and tked TheConfederate on accident during the groupfight. I also shot TheConfederate because I always did it before and they never worked until that day which surprised me.
