But in this forums are people, who like NW (period & not only the game) more than ACW. :D

Some of the ideas aren't bad, but really I wouldn't touch any of the balance stuff outside adding new bayonets and making then fixable. That is a whole other can of worms.

Yes and no, NW + added a few enhancement features, but nothing really too interesting apart from detachble bayonets and officer chat
