Title: French ranks bound to duties

I am trying to set-up a correct rank structure for my regiment. French regiments also use Drummers (Tam), Flutists (Flu), Sappers (Sap), and Banner carriers (pA).

But which ranks are bound to those duties? And can different ranks carry one duty? Like example xxe_Sap_SoD_Name.

Can't help you there, unfortunately. My knowlegde stretches no furten than American, British and Dutch ranks vs. roles, and evn those are modern-times only.
