13th Royal Scots is recruiting!

Hello there! Im Sergeant Major MrDonaldTramp and, like the tittle said, the 13th Royal Scots is recruiting! Not recruiting single members, but regiments! If you want to join us as a member or find out more about the regiment check this post https://forums.taleworlds.com/index.php?topic=350144.0.

So let me brake it down for you. The 13th Royal Scots is a Napoleonic Wars regiment with about 170 members, mostly from Europe but some from other continents, and we're trying to form a brigade with 4 companies:

• I Royal Scots  Foot Regiment (Line)
• II Royal Scots Dragoon Guards (Cav)
• III Royal Scots Artillery(Arty&Sappers)
• IV Royal Scots Light (Lights & Rifles)

So now that you know our companies lets move on to what will happen if you decide to join us.

• The command of internal regiment affairs will be YOURS and yours alone meaning that you will handle everything inside of it (promotions, demotions, medals and so on).
• There will be one commander ( the CO/NCO from the 13Th Royals Scots leading) that will schedule events and organize the companies during events
• Your ranks will not be compromised, only adjusted to the system that we use (your colonel will still be the colonel, the CO's will still bc the CO'S and so on).
• If there is a regiment at the company that you wish to join, the two regiments will merge, being that the Colonel of the company will be decided in an officer meeting with the CO's of every company.
• There will be a high command staff that decides what happens between companies and having the final word about subjects that concern all companies.
