He tked me at spawn some seconds after respawn. Vivian was also teamhitting, when he tked me at spawn he quit and afterwards  rejoined after a few seconds.

Moreover as we can see from logs you have tked Tukan and then left the server...
We usually ban  people  for that, because its crystal clear that they have tked on purpose and  didnt want to be punished.

I only teamkilled that one person nobody else. i accidently hit my mouse button and teamkilled the admin. After that i lost connection which made me leave the server.

As you can see by the logs you disconnected 2 seconds after the team kill, normally in this game you disconnect after a longer period of time then 2 seconds, hence you usually see characters run in a straight line for a period of time before disconnecting and when you try to reconnect it says something on the lines of Profile name already in use because the server still recognizes your original entrance. With you, you "lost connection" within 2 seconds which is highly suspicious.

Why should we unban you: I was shot at the beginning of a round on this server, so I went after the person that I thought teamkilled me. About yourself: I'm 17, Irish, I live in Dublin and the piano is my heaven. Exams are my worst nightmare.
