I jog now for 11 years jogging 5 times a week in the evening.

Doing Thai Box now for 11 years.

My goal was to do a split. I have reached my goal. Was painfull at first but now it goes better and better.

My current goal is now doing flying kicks. I mastered the 540 but I wanna do these flips like these real movie stars.

Gosh I have been doing Karate and Jinjutsu for 10 years now and all I can do is knock someone unconcious using one finger. Do I need to be upset for not being able to do many flying kicks? I only manage to do the easiest one  in Karate :(

Anyways, I really fail when it comes to throwing. I'm painfully bad in throwing things.

My goal is to build up to 60 mile rides on my bike.

I'm on my protein diet which means <20g carbs and 0g sugar a day. Sometimes I find a gram or two of sugar in whatever I'm eating.

So basically likeeee eggs, steak, ground beef, fish, poultry, peanuts, that sorta thing.

For the first couple weeks I would run 3 miles a day, but my carb intake was so low I was fucking myself over.

Why are you doing Keto?

I want to lose weight :D. I was 208 and am now 202 at 6'2". My goal is 190~195.

The nice thing is that I can have a cheat day every now and again as long as I stay on the diet and continue exercising.
