I do believe that the skin you have stating that you forgot the name of it, just from looking at the uniform especially the shako it has payed off while searching for the proper name for this unit but the uniform itself is darker than I thought when I found a picture of a few soldiers with the same shako. It's just that they had a lighter uniform than the skin you made.

I hope this helped! I don't think that the colour of the uniform would matter considering the fact that there are up to 19 battalions of the Milice Hollandaise. And from looking at all of them, they are a different shade of blue.
