I'm a bit confused by all this regions asking me to join them. Are the ppl of FSE in an own region or something?

I've just joined the FSE alliance  :D

So, anyone currently in a war? And I'ld be glad to get tips how to build a strong military  ;D

This isn't really a military game. It's a politics-based game. I am sure that there is some kind of warfare though, if I'm not mistaken but I must of forgot it.
