This means for everyone who is not into this topic at all "classical" music. Nonetheless classical music normally only describes the pieces composed by artists who lived ~1730-1820.
That's why I chose this strange sounding title for the thread to involve the Romantic music, the First Viennese school, the early classical era, Baroque music and Renaissance music. Of course also the people from ancient persia made music before 1900 but the main focus should lie on the just mentioned eras.
The purpose of this thread is no discussion or any detailled mathematical analysis of certain pieces of music, I created it to
share this kind of music with other people, show what you like and if you want explain why.
I'll start right off with a very small collection of Bach's most popular compositions:
Toccata and Fugue in D minor (BWV 565)
Suite No. 3 in D major, Air (BWV 1068)
Prelude and Fugue in C major from the Well-Tempered Clavier (BWV 846)
Christmas Oratorio (BWV 248)
Brandenburg Concerto No. 3 in G major (BWV 1048)
St John Passion (BWV 245)
