Title: Animation lag + Rubberbanding

I have a problem similar or pretty much the same as the two links above me.

Ive had it for like 2 weeks now, and it's unplayable so any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Also limit your FPS to 120, you don't need more than that anyway and it should help your game run more consistently.

I myself had my fps capped at 800 before, but then I bought a new mouse, and it completely fucked my game, people teleporting, weird glitches, you name it, reduced my fps cap to 200, and it was fixed

By any chance do you have 2 monitors? I have a problem currently where when I have any windows open on my 2nd monitor it causes my main gaming monitor to lag like its at 10fps.
