I was amongst the first of BlueFang's customers and still am. I even worked for them for a period of time.
Throughout the experience, I've known their entire team and been privy to Some of their "Bedroom" conversations.
Let me tell you, the largest thing BFS cares about is bringing the best possible service. They're always ready to help a customer on a custom package or a server problem. They've designed their entire website and management applications to suit their, and more importantly, your needs. They are probably not the cheapest provider out there, but they're still well priced in this competitive market, and I don't mind paying a little bit more when I can get in contact with my provider in a moment through steam or teamspeak, in the rare event there even is a problem. They care about your time and your money being well spent.
