Theres a certain group of guys who think their biased opinions matter more than the rest of the community...Which is why you see people like Russian getting the highest rating.And its based on 95% gfing and 5% dueling.Not a player in this game GFs better than me and I can beat anyone in the game in dueling also so...¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Kind of hard to put people on the list that aren't in any groupfights or doesn't do official duels anymore. People know y'all are good players but people never see you play anymore so they can't rate y'all. @Marksman,Cade,Vetro,Glenn,etc.
