Has Lewis given you permission to use his thread template and introduction text?
As a head admin of tp and friend of Lewis the answer is no still from what i know.
Adam you cant just copy something and give credits without asking first.
Yeah, in that case I'm gonna have to ask you to edit your thread Adam. You have clearly plagiarized TP's thread. Please make your own thread design, or get permission from Lewis to use his.
Alternatively, there are users on this forum who offer their services to create threads for you, and there also exist pre-made thread templates.
