Starting 2nd May 2024

The 24th Regiment of Foot (2nd Warwickshire) are pleased to announce the hosting of a new NW event, bringing back the simplicity of linebattles using a rule set based on the 2nd Queens Royal Regiment of Foot, where some of the 24ths officers began their NW adventure. The event won't be using modified scripts.

The event starts at 7pm GMT, for a duration of 1 hour. Details are shared via steam group chat.

Artillery, Lights, Rifles & Cavalry FULL

Rules

- Minimum of 5 for sign ups.
- Fire and Charge NOT allowed
- No Reloading in Charge
- No Officer Aim
- No Team killing Purposely
- Do not rambo
- Stay in formation e.g Skirm and Light
- 3 or Less players join a line
- No Chatspam
- Respect other players and admins
- May "garrison" buildings (break formation)
- May break formation for anti-cavalry formations
- May fire in anti-cavalry formations.

Line:

- Fire in charge not allowed.
- A line may not crouch unless garrisoned.
- Must fire in a straight line with no spacings between men.
- No reloading during the charge.

Lights/Rifles:

- 15 men maximum are allowed on the field.
- Fire in charge not allowed.
- Light Infantry/Rifles may spread out 3 man spacing.
- No reloading during the charge.
- If you have 3 men or less, join a friendly line

Cav:

- Maximum of 20.
- Cavalry must stay in formation, unless in charge.
- Dragoons may not fire from horseback.
- Dismounted Dragoons are considered as being Line infantry.
- If you have 3 or less, join a friendly line & dismount.

Arty:

- 10 men maximum allowed on the field. per regiment.
- 3 pieces are given to each team.
- One howitzer or cannon per regiment.
- Rocket Artillery not allowed.
- You may have one sapper.
- No stacking or building towers with sapper defences.
- Guard may act as light Infantry near the placement & Line away.
