I would like you all to know that this unit is highly competent despite its intermediate to average leadership and is filled with fine chums from the old 3rdKGL. I have also merced several times and I can confirm the experience is generally pleasant therefore I would recommend it

The Veliki-Loutsk Pehotniy Polk welcome you -
we are a regiment for the popular Napoleonic-era games  Mount & Blade: Warband as well as the up and coming game
 Holdfast: Nations at War. For our recruits, we have 3 golden policies that we hope will guide you to understanding our attitude:

1.) Balance and Participation - As you will see, we are not a very strict roleplaying regiment, nor
do we have very strict policies about PTS , line discipline or the like; however we aim to achieve
balance. You can not enjoy your time in a regiment without the fun and games we play, but we also must
maintain a sense of pride and distinction about our role in the regiment and the name of the regiment
we represent. Make your mark on the regiment and be the member you want new members to strive towards.

2.) Attendance - Come when you can and that is all. - As you will also see as your time grows in the
regiment, we do not pester you for your lack of attendance. However, with that being said, there are
two routes members can go in the regiment - the first being Enlisted, which means you are a full member
who receives regular promotions and attends regularly, maintaining a minimum of 5 events per month.

Or, if you still want to take part in the regiment but cannot attend all the time
or have other obligations, you are welcome to be a reserve member, maintaining a minimum of 1 event per
month.

With that being said, it is imperative that you must attend every event you can, especially if we need
more people and you have the opportunity to make it. If you are offine or busy we fully understand,
but you must come when you have the ability to; what's the point of being in a regiment if you cannot
participate.

3.) Have a good time and be willing to speak. - Nothing bothers me more than people who are unresponsive,
never show, and generally don't care about the regiment. There is no reason for this. If you have
problems with the regiment, talk about them, but offer solutions not complaints. If you have problems
with other members confront them or talk to me. Enjoy your time in the regiment and do the best you can,
because that is all you can do. We appreciate your time here, do not feel bad for not being able to come,
just come when you have the ability to.
