Its never been down to my knowledge...Some people do have trouble finding it on their list sometimes, whether its due to being blind or not knowing how to easily search for a server, I dunnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnny know!  :(

Oddly sometimes I cant find it sometimes, I just have it in my favourites and just quickly refresh the server list, and poof its there.
