Tsarnaev Verdict/Potential Death Penalty

Verdict in Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's ("Boston Bomber") trial is currently being delivered.

Guilty on first 16 counts so far (all death penalty eligible counts)

Death Penalty is banned in Massachusetts but the prosecution is federal so it is in play.

EDIT: update, guilty on all 30 counts, 17 of which are death penalty eligible

killing someone who killed people seems nonsensical

either you torture him or let him rot in prison, thats the only logical way to go about doing this
