EDIT: about 20 minutes after these screenshots Mark was kicked for excessive teamkilling
Also as George said I did not directly witness it but it is apparent Mark and Teniente were only killed in self defence after having murdered half their team (just a mitigating factor for the people seen tk'ing them in the screenshot)
