We have a problem with some ex-members, leaving for a "cool officer position" in a new regiment and then try to recruit other members of us. That was the problem!

Burn them.
But recruiting from other regiment isn't so bad as long you don't discredit/dishonor (something like that) the other regiment. But telling the possitive things is not bad.

Recruiting on purpose members from other regiments is not part of the netiquette. So it is really not nice!
