How can you expect people who have legs to compete with someone who doesn’t? People without legs can dedicate 100% of their efforts in training their upper body while people that possess legs are just bleeding gains by having a functioning lower body. Not only that but to reach maximum performance less time is needed in a leg less person. Having no legs is a PED that is equivalent to adderall.
