P.s i hope this will not take till next chrismas to come out that a bit long and with maybe bannorlord, war of rights, L'Aigle, battle cry of freedom coming out between there and now idk man could kind of kill any hope of this being a popular mod xD

I am not doubting that North and South team has coded or has the ability to code this, but really it looks "amazing" so far you have barely seen any of it as far as we know it doesn't work at all.

Becuase they don't have any uniforms yet. Or not good looking ones. Easy! XD

But btw, you should be strictly. If you name the commanders for the Divisions, you should display the name for the staff commander as well:
