Speculation from me but, he was having issues with getting the medic stuff and customization stuff  to work with N&S along with other features. I expect he has just decided to rebuild the stuff from the ground up in a separate module.

Got a question about the artillery, does each cannon have a different speed both in transport and in general use and set up times?
