It's seems to be getting a lot closer at the top now that Nr.24 have been inactive for a couple weeks and have slid in standards. I wouldn't say we're the best anymore, but then again, it's hard to say who is with these interesting results popping up.
As for the anti-camping rule. I'm fundamentally against that rule because both teams agree on the map before the game and have equal opportunity on both sides of the map. There is always a way to force the enemy to shoot, even if they're on a hill, so through this you can force them to move. Essentially, you have a shooting match with them and make them use up all their bullets. This tactic takes a lot of time yes, but it is nevertheless a tactic that can force campers into doing something.
I think the issue with camping is not so much the perceived 'advantage' a team has on a hill (it's debatable how much of an advantage they have), but rather the time it can take to resolve a round when the round involves a camper. Since it's time related, a possible solution might be to use scripts to reduce the amount of ammo each player starts with (I believe it's possible). Maybe 10-15 shots per ranker? This would cause regiments to think more carefully about when and how they take their volleys. It would also mean you could shoot-out with campers, getting their ammo down to 0 within a decent amount of time, without having to wait 40 minutes or more. Wouldn't be something to implement now, but definitely something to consider in future perhaps.
