I think that's a good compromise, If I may suggest as a ref.

Replace the 41st and offer the Koning-Fus The spot since it was basically all of the people in that regiment already.
Have them play the LG And the 30th play 3e already so no one can say that they were given a "easy slot" to the finals. You can take this suggestion with a grain of salt if you want.
