Name of person: Jacket
Nature of offense: intentionally trolling and TW'ing to kill teammates, TK did occur.
Time & date: April 18th 2015 @9:15 AM (PT)
Relationship: He did begin by trolling me. Shutting doors and kicking me so I was killed by enemy team until TK did occur. He goes on to laugh about it.
