Something stupid with me swinging over a fence and accidentally hitting a teammate instead of the fence (which I thought would happen).

Probably a decent amount.

It has been a year and a half; did some pretty stupid things back then.  Heard people may be getting back into NA1, so I wanted to be a part.

I agree there has been several intentional rule breaking, but the one that you punished me for was entirely unintentional given that I was doing the same thing without hitting him but you failed to see that.  I can bring in my witness in to testify.

Thats what I thought as well, but I tried getting on atleast 9 hours later and was still banned.

I was hitting a fence beneath my friends feet successfully not hitting him.  He then jumped off and back on and I assumed the same result would occur, so I just tried to hit the fence for giggles and I hit him by accident.  I got banned without warning nor did it say I was perma banned: I just dropped dead like I left the game.  My friend can testify that it was not on purpose.

No unpunished rule breaking

I believe that I should be pardoned because I was banned for something I shouldn't have.  Also, I feel as if the admin who banned me should have told me why (s)he banned me prior to doing so.

I believe I should be pardoned because I have enjoyed this server for a long time despite my rule breaking from time to time.  I have met a lot of people who I can call friends and they would enjoy my return.  I didn't realize the severity of my rule breaking until afterwards which will make me take steps to change myself in order to fit the rules of the server. q8^)

What was happening when I got banned?  I woke up because of some little girl softballers across the street screaming at the top of their lungs so I decided to play some Warband.  But alas, I was banned from my favorite server.  There was another Topic trying to get me banned where Thunderstormer said, "[He] is banned for other rule breaking."  I would like to know which rules I broke in order to fix my mistakes and just out of plain curiosity.   Thanks for your time.

I was playing as a partizani and I like to run in and just swing and accidently tked a couple of times but said I was sorry.  Though I got kills I got kicked so I decided I'd call it a day.  That was yesterday and today I tried to get on and said I was banned.
