Ban request 2nd_Coldstream_Col_Spartan EU1

Name of the person causing trouble: 2nd_Coldsteam_Col_Spartan (I suspect it was not the real Spartan, but someone trolling under his name)
Nature of their offense: Deliberate teamkilling and racism
Time and date of their offense: around 23:27 UTC (+1) on 23-11-2012
If needed, what your relationship was to the offense in question: I was teamkilled by Spartan

Well perm ban of course. But it looks a bit too obvious. Maybe a imposer?

Yes, it looked like he wanted to get banned. That's why I suspect it's not the real Spartan but someonone impersonating him (and that person probably thought that you get banned based on your name)

Yeah it's defiantly an impostor as i was in our server with Spartan at the time and he's banned from EU1 anyway
