This game is so old, you should do like I did and clear the ban list. I cleared a 1400 line ban list in January from Bot Survival. But it's already back up to ....... 84 numbers on the list, but probably of those, like 60 have been unbanned.

We are nowhere near that generous

That's already implemented but normally we just enable class limits for everything but infantry/sailors.
