I actually contacted Blobmania about this, today, by chance.
In short, it was like talking to a brick wall, while I really appreciate Blob havin a moment time for me, it felt like a useless conversation.
What he said in general was: "I think it's fine." and "It could all be argued with where what should be."
I countered on that, that if people don't know where to post, then there is something wrong as well. But then there's something wrong with the guidelines which topic should be created where.
Well, I didn't really get any helpful response from that either.
